I am newly appointed to the Committee of Public Accounts, but I know the line of balance that has to be taken which represents integrity and fairness and the ends that are mentioned. At the opening of any meeting we state very clearly that we should make no reference to any individual by name such that it would prejudice the outturn of any case.
