Denis Naughten: May I make one suggestion? I understand the Minister does not want a forum that is too big but a simple compromise would be to include wheelchair users. They would be well able to articulate the problems. I ask the Minister to ensure that at least one representative of wheelchair users is included in the forum, so the issue is properly articulated and addressed.
