Bernard Durkan: This year, I and other Members have asked several times about the Multi-Unit Developments Bill which has been abandoned somewhere in the Seanad. At the time we were told that discussions had taken place between the Attorney General and various other Ministers and their legal representatives. What progress has been made to bring that Bill urgently to this House because thousands of residents...

Bernard Durkan: It is not. The Seanad has abandoned it. Theoretically, it is there and I know the Ceann Comhairle means well when he says that, but I am concerned that it has been on the Order Paper for approximately five years, in various shapes and forms.
