Róisín Shortall: That is accepted. There are issues like that in teaching and nursing, as well as many different areas. That needs to be addressed separately. There is a Sláintecare contract on offer now.

Róisín Shortall: Right. It is hugely remiss of the Government that it has not replaced the chair and got talks going again. It is holding up so much. We fully recognise that. It is also important to recognise that what we know of the Sláintecare contract, certainly in terms of pay and pension contributions, is an attractive contract.
