There is no timeframe for when this scheme will happen, no estimate of the number of businesses affected and no costings.

Pearse Doherty: A business could receive €60,000 but the Minister has estimated that the 400,000 businesses that were eligible would only get €3,000 over the entire period of the scheme. Is that correct?
