Louise O'Reilly: We will not get into the specifics but is the Tánaiste saying that in a case where the WRC or another body found that a company was not in compliance with the transfer of undertakings legislation, TUPE, there would be a mechanism to reclaim some of the money advanced to it under the TWSS or the EWSS? I am not trying to put words in his mouth but to understand what he is saying.
