Thomas Byrne: I apologise as I had to leave for a short time due to another commitment. I was helped by the vote but I was not able to be present for the questions. I will not ask too many questions as I am sure they have all been asked. Is the word "loan" the right word for the scheme? If the question has already been asked, there is no need to answer it. It just does not seem like the right term....

If it is not possible to answer then there is no need to answer it. I do not want to put anyone on the spot. I am just asking about an average worker.
