Gerry Horkan: I have not asked any questions yet. The question I wish to ask relates to the information that came out yesterday concerning the mortgage lending rules. By and large, I think they represent the right approach. That is not everybody's understanding but it is important that they protect the resilience of consumers and of the system generally in terms of the need for society to have a...

Gerry Horkan: In response to what the Governor said, I believe that is something that needs to be kept under review. - Seanad: An tOrd Gnó - Order of Business (4 Dec 2019)
Gerry Horkan: That may be, a Chathaoirligh. I appreciate that you get advice, no more than I did when I was in the Chair last night for approximately four and a quarter hours on the Finance Bill.
