Tom Hayes: I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a major issue, namely, the case of a student in County Tipperary. The student achieved good marks in her exams and was accepted by a school of nursing in Scotland. However, due to the delay in notifying her marks she could not enter the nursing school because places were filled in the meantime.
