Jack Wall: I ask for the Ceann Comhairle's forbearance in putting a simple question to the Tánaiste. An individual has been walking up and down outside Leinster House for the past 15 years. This person has a complaint in regard to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

This man has been protesting outside the Houses of Parliament for 15 years and his daughter is now travelling from Northern Ireland to join him in his protest. Will an independent body be allowed to review whether he has a legitimate complaint? It is unbelievable that he has been there for 15 years.
