Will there be transport infrastructure in line with the conference centre? Will there be a Luas connection to Spencer Dock and what will be the timescale for that? This man has been protesting outside the Houses of Parliament for 15 years and his daughter is now travelling from Northern Ireland to join him in his protest. Will an independent body be allowed to review whether he has a legitimate complaint? It is unbelievable that he has been there for 15 years.
