Terence Flanagan: I wish to ask the Tánaiste about two items. The first is the National Property Services Regulatory Authority Bill, which is a bit of a mouthful. It is a crucial piece of legislation which will deal with the regulation of property management agents, auctioneers and letting agents. The Bill was four years in the making.
