In the previous session, No. 39 was the electricity (transfer of transmission assets) Bill, which seems to have disappeared and re-emerged in a new life. It is now No. 38 and named the electricity (transmission on assets) Bill. It has different terms of reference....

Bernard Durkan: I do not want to be disruptive. The purpose of the Bill as originally listed is not in concert with the purpose as now set out. There is a vast difference between the unbundling and the transfer of ownership of the electricity, which is a different story.
