Rory O'Hanlon: On the Deputy's second question, that is a procedural matter. Obviously the six-month rule could apply, but that will be decided on in due course, when motions come before the Dáil. If that does not clarify matters the Chair will be pleased to discuss the position with the Deputy in the Ceann Comhairle's office.
