Seán Fleming: It also means that when they show up in the Revenue list they will be caught for double taxation. The Revenue may have some arrangements in place to make sure they pay the tax in the country where they are resident for tax purposes and paying tax somewhere. It might not always be in Ireland but they pay appropriate tax in the appropriate jurisdiction.
