Ruairí Ó Murchú: We all know the issues that are impacted by Uisce Éireann. It says that delivering infrastructure can take more money. In my own constituency, even in the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA, report, we have question marks in relation to everything from Cabinhill to Greenmount and Tallanstown. We need to see movement on all of this.
