Victor Boyhan: Yes, the reconstruction of a farm building. If a farmer were to claim a refund of an item for the reconstruction of an existing farm building, can he offset that item against an expense on his farm return, as well as claiming a VAT refund? I was asked this question by a farmer in an email today, so I just wanted to ask the witnesses about it.
