Pat Gallagher: If I tell the Deputy to stick to the principle of the Bill, he will tell me that he is in order all the time. He seems to be the only one who is always in order while everybody else is out of step. I remind him that the purpose of this legislation is to transpose a large part of the fourth EU money laundering directive, and I ask him to confine himself to that.
