Steven Matthews: I refer to the example in the Department's submission, indicating that on 15 October, there was a withdrawal of a certificate of conformity based on notification from the NSAI. I would like to talk through the NSAI process to the point where it informs the Department of an instance of non-conformity. I will then ask the departmental representatives about the steps that are taken after that.
