Alan Dillon: Letters have been issued to all the county boards informing them that funding that had been allocated from Sport Ireland is being withheld. A total of €725,000 was allocated as part of the Covid-19 resilience fund. Ultimately, the IABA has put a hold on that and every grassroots club has now suffered as a consequence of the board of directors.
