Neasa Hourigan: Both witnesses are supportive of it as a general principle. To follow on from that, one of the discussions we have had over multiple meetings is on the issue of multidisciplinary teams, how they operate and where the lines of responsibility are. From a psychologist's point of view, does Dr. Drumm take a view on that or is it something that is of concern to him in the new Bill?
