Frank Feighan: Issues have arisen in regard to the fuel rebate scheme. The Government made many promises in regard to the replacement of this scheme but no replacement mechanism has, as yet, been put in place. Public transport operators are concerned they may not be able to fulfil their duties over the year owing to them not having received the fuel rebate as promised on numerous occasions.

Frank Feighan: I support the Labour Party motion concerning the cuts to the education system. I ask the Minister to reverse his decision to increase class sizes at first and second level. This budget will possibly go down in history as the worst ever. It is a vicious attack on those over 70, our schoolchildren, the old, the vulnerable and other citizens of this country. Let us not get too confused here....
