Eugene Murphy: I refer back to the Public Health (Alcohol) Bill 2015, which I understand to be before the Seanad at present. As there seems to be some hold-up, can the Taoiseach explain it? A difficulty has arisen for supermarkets owners in how they lay out where they sell alcohol. Has the matter been sorted out?
