Jimmy Deenihan: What action is the Government taking on this issue? Is there joined-up thinking across Departments? Is there a Government sub-committee discussing it or does the Minister of State operate in isolation? Can the Minister of State direct the national drugs unit to visit large towns? Education is an important strand in dealing with this issue but it is not the only one.
