Jackie Cahill: I do not agree with what Ms Garvan has said. I take exception to it. She stated that persons who have qualifications to dispense these medicines are doing so indiscriminately.

Jackie Cahill: Ms Garvan did say that. I was listening extremely closely. She said resistance has built up because of the excessive use of products. Qualified persons are dispensing these medicines. She said they are not doing their jobs properly.
