- Joint Oireachtas Committee on European Union Affairs: General Affairs Council Meeting: Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (13 Nov 2014)
Seán Kyne: I welcome the Minister to the committee. I wish first to make an observation about Protocol 36 and the UK's ongoing concerns. It gives another dimension to the debate on co-operation, in-out treaties and everything else....
- Other Questions: Commonage Areas (12 Nov 2014)
Seán Kyne: I thank the Minister for the reply. I appreciate that the issue of commonages is somewhat of a minefield and very complex.
