Seán Canney: The key is to ensure those who will come before us understand what the committee is about, namely, identifying the issues involved and finding solutions. We are inviting them to provide suggestions for solutions and focus on this aspect rather than telling us what is wrong. We all know what is wrong. It is a matter of finding the solutions together.
