Ruairí Ó Murchú: I accept that. I also do not want to get into a "he said, she said" situation. I accept that would be unfair. I am interested in the process and putting in place a better process in future that catches such issues. We are talking about volunteers who do serious work, combined with the management the witnesses have to do. We need something that works.
