Micheál Martin: On a point of order, I wish to inform the House that an intended amendment in the definition of the term "holder" on page 6, lines 8 and 9 from "non-national" to "foreign national" was omitted. I propose to effect this amendment by means of a correction by the Clerk of the Dáil. It is in the definition section. This amendment is consequential on the broader amendment.
