The health information Bill is meant to bring in better governance and promote individual patient care. When can the House expect this Bill to be published?

Veterinary Practice (Amendment) Bill 2011: Amendments from the Seanad (11 Jul 2012)

Michael Moynihan: I have no objection to the amendment. The Bill regulates the procedures that can be performed by veterinarians and veterinary nurses. As animal medicine evolves, it is important that regulations can be revised by means of secondary legislation rather than primary legislation.
