The Order of Business was agreed at approximately 12.15 p.m. It was agreed that if Committee Stage of the Bill was not concluded by 5 p.m., it would come back to the House on whatever day could be agreed between the Leader and the Minister. The Leader is not here and as I do not have any proposal to amend the Order of Business, my hands are tied.
