Regardless of whether the accounts are signed off, we should tell the representatives of the board we will have them in. I do not want to provide them with a rationale not to submit their accounts to avoid appearing. I am sure they would never be so cynical.

Matt Carthy: Yes, with the proviso on the changes that we have made. It would be useful to bring in officials from the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to discuss accommodation for asylum seekers some time in March or April. That would be an appropriate time.
