Has he seen these new regulations determining which pubs can open and which cannot and under what conditions, which have been signed by a Minister? Have any of the witnesses seen them?

Michael McNamara: That is Mr. Cribben's understanding. The Minister or somebody from his Department might decide to promulgate the laws, if they exist.
