Timmy Dooley: Clearly, the Chief Whip has a difficulty in understanding the basic elements of the English language. When I said I would deal with the matter later, as I outlined through the Chair, it pertained to my inability to pass documents to the Tánaiste through an usher because I was prevented from doing so by the clerk.
