They have exhausted every possible avenue to get answers to this ongoing issue but have not been able to get them. They are in a very precarious position. The Government needs to deal with this very serious issue instead of wasting time without bringing about a resolution....

Michael Moynihan: We need a short roadmap for advancing on this critical issue which is being raised in the House for genuine reasons. We do not want a lengthy timeframe. A commitment was given before Christmas in regard to this legislation. We are now approaching St. Patrick's Day and there is still no commitment from the other side of the House as to how these issues are going to be advanced.
