Members engage with one another all the time in order to give the best possible response. I am not going to criticise the Ministers for engaging with one another on the very valid points that he raises.

In light of the questions posed, and the strong commonality in the questions posed, other than perhaps in the case of Deputies Berry and Connolly, I would say, Minister, that five minutes should be sufficient to address the questions.
