Deputy Fitzpatrick, who is not present at the moment, and I are members of the Joint Committee on the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution, which will sit for the afternoon until 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. We were operating on the basis of a 12 noon finish for this meeting.
