You issued a directive or a letter to insurance companies saying they should treat Government guidance to close as a direction to close. Did you ever communicate to the Government that it needed to direct bars to close in order for the bars to be able to recover from insurance companies?

Michael McNamara: The CSO published the breakdown of incidences per DED, which tend to be quite small. That breakdown would enable publicans, or any businesses, to pinpoint their proximity to an incidence of Covid-19.
