David Norris: Senator McDowell raised an interesting point about importing wines from France, Italy or elsewhere. However, it would not kill the wine producers to slap on a label. It is a perfectly simple procedure. If they are exporting to a country like Ireland, why should they not put labels on bottles? I do not see any reason why that should not be a requirement. It would not kill them.
