Seán Fleming: The Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach, as that committee deals with the OPW. The OPW reports to that committee and its Estimates go through it.

We accept his points about learning lessons, especially from the Miesian Plaza, and ensuring those lessons are embedded in all OPW projects in the future, but many of the points he made are major Government policy issues.
