Pauline O'Reilly: As members can tell, we are all quite passionate in this room when it comes to climate action. I am also conscious that there is a lot of listening time. As I mentioned, the Minister of State, Deputy Ossian Smyth, joined us after the break. He is the Minister of State with responsibility for the circular economy. I ask him to say a few words.
