When they are conducting audits they engage consultants to look into tax problems and other difficulties in companies. That is the problem that arises. Ned O'Keeffe: What will happen to the small investors, like dentists and doctors, who do not have pension funds but have been investing in the stock market since leaving college, with the intention that their dividends would provide them with a pension? This is a crisis. Such people will be paupers.
