Verona Murphy: He is unhappy and he should be. Respectfully, I do not think Mr. Makhlouf can say 100% that it did not come from the Central Bank, any more than anyone can say it did. However, I hope a process is in place to ensure that if it did, the Central Bank would be able to identify it, that there are systems checks. I hope Mr. Makhlouf will instigate some kind of inquiry to ensure his assertion...
