Bernard Durkan: Yes, a plethora of legislation is promised. For some reason, there appears to be difficulty in taking organised criminals off the streets. They cannot be put out of action, decommissioned or drawn to the side. They are at liberty to pursue their crime. It is the only industry that is growing.
