He has a number of matters to consider and, as indicated, he will not be in a position to sign it for a short period. There has been no final determination, but I will ask the Minister to speak directly to the Deputy.

Mary Coughlan: Considerable progress has been made and we have had to introduce a number of amendments following submissions made by interested parties, including Members of the Oireachtas. With regard to the legislation relating to risk to children, the heads of the Bill are being worked on with a view to getting the legislation to the House as quickly as possible.
