Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: I wish to ask for a clarification. It has been asked of me in a couple of situations and I would appreciate what clarity the Minister can give. Is the event of a stillbirth, where access to paternity leave would arguably, in the minds of many, be even more important, properly provided for in the terms of the Bill?
