Terry Leyden: The Irish Times today exposes the situation on the proposed treaty. The people should be given an opportunity. With respect to the Cathaoirleach's town, the Taoiseach did not bring home the bacon. He did not bring anything home. The treaty is only endorsing the austerity measures that are currently in place.
