Simon Harris: Mr. Trethowan need not respond now to my last point. He spoke about banks not asking the right questions in regard to accessing credit; public representatives are also finding this. Is the Credit Review Office producing advice for banks on the kinds of questions they should ask in order to get the right result and in order that people need not go to the office?
