Brian Stanley: -----public credibility. On funding, Mr. Bakhurst told the media committee a month ago that "... all of these reforms will be undermined if the question mark over the funding of public service media in this country is not properly resolved". The funding issue is obviously key for this. Mr. Bakhurst mentioned slimming down. Many members of the committee are concerned that there not be...

Public Accounts Committee: Appropriation and Expenditure of Public Moneys by RTÉ (Resumed): Discussion (12 Oct 2023)

Brian Stanley: Obviously, there will be a big ask for money. That is key along with the register of interests. I suggest that issue is fleshed out before that point. In regard to the €0.5 million to 46 people and the allowances, could we have a list of positions held by those 46 people? I do not want names, but want to know whether they are senior executives. Who are they? Obviously, there is...

Public Accounts Committee: Appropriation and Expenditure of Public Moneys by RTÉ (Resumed): Discussion (12 Oct 2023)

He was obviously part of the team. Would he have received a voluntary exit package?
