Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin: Members are probably entitled to know that Senator Daly has sponsored a Bill that would formally recognise Irish Sign Language. When the Bill was presented previously, it was not carried forward because it was not a Government Bill. I understand he is on the cusp of reintroducing it in the Seanad.
