John McGuinness: I ask the Minister of State to reflect on the contribution he has made here today and to reflect on the previous Minister's contributions to this committee. He will see that adds up to very little action at the end of the day. That is supported by the vast number of people who have to fight with their insurance company for their due rights under a policy. We have met the publicans in...

John McGuinness: I will ask a few questions, although Mr. Sibley probably will not be able to answer them in the short time remaining. I do, however, wish to put them on the record. Perhaps he could come back to us with answers. I thank him for the comprehensive response to the various issues raised at the previous meeting which we received earlier today.
